Paul Harris is an established plastic surgeon in Central London with an international reputation for excellence in aesthetic breast surgery. He focuses on providing the highest standard of care for his patients.
Aesthetic and Reconstructive plastic surgery requires a surgeon with a broad range of experience, technical skill, sound clinical judgement, and an ability to critically evaluate and adapt to new surgical techniques.
Paul has a background of over 15 years working at The Royal Marsden Hospital where he first became a consultant plastic surgeon in London. He now works exclusively at The London Clinic supported by a team of specialised nurses, anaesthetists and administrative staff.
“I aim to provide a responsive, individualised service, offering the highest level of clinical care backed up by the latest research, ensuring that patients are offered the best options, whatever their surgical needs”
“A cosmetic surgery operation should be a very positive and life-enhancing event. It is however a very personal choice and understandably, there are a number of questions that arise. It is also critical that patients are made fully aware of the expected outcome, recovery and risks.”
Breast reduction, also referred to as a reduction mammoplasty, is a surgical procedure to reduce the size and improve the shape of the breasts. Mr Harris carries out over 100 breast reduction operations per year and is acknowledged to be an expert having lectured Nationally and Internationally to other plastic surgeons on his technique.
There is no exact time point when implants should be exchanged but usually after about 12 to 15 years, the look of the breast will deteriorate to such an extent that patients may request implant replacement surgery.
