Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty)
Excess skin and fat of the abdomen is surgically removed in this operation to achieve a cosmetic enhancement. In some cases, the muscles of the abdominal wall are also tightened to improve core strength. A much less invasive procedure is the mini-abdominoplasty which removes the excess skin from the lower abdomen only. For patients who have lost a great deal of weight, the normal abdominoplasty can be extended to include the hip area (extended abdominoplasty) or taken completely around the lower body (total body lift).

Improves body shape by removing exercise-resistant fat deposits with a tube and a vacuum device. The most common locations for liposuction are the abdomen, hips, and thighs, although it can also be useful for areas such as the chin, neck, upper arms, knees, calves, and ankles.

Inner Thigh Lift
Thighs can be prone to drooping or sagging thanks to a number of factors including fluctuations in weight, genetics and getting older. Exercise may help to strengthen and improve the underlying muscle tone of the thigh, however exercise will not help any excess skin that has lost tone. An inner thigh lift can reduce the excess fat and skin, and help to reshape the thigh, giving both smoother skin and contours.

Upper Arm Reduction (Brachioplasty)
Another area prone to drooping or sagging in some people are the upper arms. An upper arm lift can reduce the excess underarm fat and skin and help to reshape the arm, giving smoother skin and contours. Liposuction on the arms can be done at the same time as the arm lift to help with the contours on the arm or in some cases liposuction can be used as an alternative.

In line with Government and Public Health England advice on the ‘stay alert’ policy and ‘social distancing’ that continues to be in place, Mr Harris has limited capacity for all out-patient clinics until the end of October. However, we are currently open and have restarted surgery with new precautions in place to ensure patient safety from COVID-19.
